2003 Navigator Power Steering issue..

I explained alot on the video. Please watch it and share your thoughts. I'm dumbfounded on where to start and I don't want to waist time on labor and money on parts on things that are fine. Please tell me what your opinions are based on the video

When I bought the truck the front end was sagging the dealership promised they would swap the front end to could before giving it to me. They did that had no issues for about 4 weeks when the rear end sagged. It was a pretty good used car dealership so I called them and they told me bring it in. He tried to reprogram something in the rear end which threw the airsuspension module being off. Not check suspension but off. Even with the switch on. After that the rear end sagged as soon as I got on the fwy drove back and they swapped the rear end to coils as well. I've had the issue ever since I got that error. I've replaced every ASM fuse. Everything seems fine. I know the ASM controls the EVO which is also The steering angle sensor right? Is it possible that the ASM module will fix the issue if I replace it?

Does it do that if the front end is up off the ground ? Do you have wider than stock tires on the truck ? Have you tried a fluid flush ? Do you feel the steering bucking while you are driving and going around corners ?

Yes same thing if wheels are off the ground. I have flushed the fluid. Rims are stock with stock size tires. And yeah the steering pulses around croners at speed exactly the same way as if it's stopped. It's giving me a headache just trying to figure out where to start . I want to say rack and pinion but why is it timed. Or a sensor but I don't have any errors or codes

Does the pulse timing speed up with engine RPM? Rev and hold at 3k while turning to see if the pulse is faster. If so, that would point me to something mechanical like the pump, pulley or belt. Though it could still be something electrical that's reading RPM. If the pulse is the same speed at 3k, then I would think it's something electrical that's reading clock time.
