6.0 power stroke problem
I build and work on the 6.0 power strokes..but I have run into a problem on my 2004 F350..Blowed a intake gasket ..at first I said ok big deal its got a 175.000 miles on it..it does need a injector that is flooding one of the slugs with fuel..just trying to get my beast back to AZ..any I got a intake gasket set..was lazy lifted the intake up just so I could replace that bad gasket that was on the driver side..got the intake bolts tight n good..put the turbo n all back on..starts up fine..drives good..hit the highway..blows the new gasket out..could that be a over boosting problem?..I'm going to but a 2nd one on in the morning..I have never seen a 6.0 do this..what do ya all think ..does not use water..has new oil cooler new EGR cooler..new head gaskets both sides..the bad injector is on the pass side front..did not blow that intake gasket..driver side gasket Blowed...I'm hitting a wall on this..thank you much.
