I have my rears set to 60psi and it shows the tires illuminated in an amber color on the dash but the low pressure warning reminder does not come in.

Les Schwab Wintercat 275/65/18 Snow Tires / no studs
Dedicated snows are the way to go here in Montana.
Excellent traction in the snow. The difference in traction is noticeable and recommended,
compared to my 20" Michelins. I am able to drive around in 2WD more, on some days.
This is a December 1st to March 15th tire, for me.

Well, the jury has decided in my case - the Nokian Hakkapeliitta LT2's are guilty as charged. That is, they're completely awesome and the best winter tire for my DRW. These things just continue to perform. Loaded, unloaded, snow, ice, doesn't matter. I'm extremely happy with this purchase.

Just tested my Duratracs with an 8 hour drive through snow, ice, fog, sleet, freezing rain. They performed well. I second the Nokia’s for a dedicated winter tire, however, with the amount of year I need them on, and the shoulder season winter passes I have to travel, then warmer weather they wouldn’t likely last long. I am at 3000 km on the new tires already. All outer highway passes are marked snowflake rated M&S October 1 to March 31st. I tend to have to do trips in the beginning and end of this season however the tire wear once I get to my destination would not be good.
