Plastic brake line nut

Plastic brake line nut
I changed out the shocks (well, just got the front done today, back tomorrow) and one of the plastic nuts that screws onto the front shock top that holds the brake line broke. Does anyone have the part number or where to get another? I have it zip tied out of the way but I want to get it secured correctly since it's brakes and all.
