I recently purchased a project 76 F250 with factory installed A/C, & I'm in the process of restoring the HVAC system. The vacuum switches for temperature & mode control are both broken, & I'm ordering new ones from LMC. However, on the same page in LMC's catalog, I see something that I don't see on my truck. In addition to the cable that goes to the temperature control door, which I do have, they show a second cable that they call "Cable Assembly - Air," which I cannot find on my truck. The mode door & the recirculating door are both vacuum controlled. So I'm not sure what this second cable is for or even if I'm supposed to have it. If any of you could provide some insight, I'd appreciate it.

There's only one cable. See 18518 at top center of pic:

I'm not sure on this but there may be a difference in the vacuum selector switch . I think something may have changed in midyear 1977. Mine doesn't operate the vacuum motor doors in proper sequence.
