What I did was plant some crocus in the lawn, will show some color in April when I need it most.

Normally I don’t cut until the flowering is done. Then I let that area go shaggy a couple of weeks so the new bulbs form. Not a big eyesore. What

What was all involved in planting them, how many and how far apart..? How many questions do you want..?

What I like about them is their hardiness. Plant 2” apart or 10” apart, doesn’t really matter. A couple “ deep. The key is to keep squirrels away this fall.
I hear they're quite tasty
