Remote Access Y cable lost
I sold my 2017 F-350 and ordered a 2019. I installed the Remote Access module in my 2017 which was easy enough to do. I traded in my 2017 when we got a got bid online from the dealer auction site.
Instead of risking a problem removing the remote access module, I asked the dealer to do it (since technically it was their truck after we signed the paperwork). The dealer did remove the module, however they left the Y cable behind and shipped off the truck.
Does anyone know if the Y cable can be purchased separately? I know several people with a 2017 and I'm sure they could use the Remote Access if I can get the cable. I searched online but came up dry.
