MPG expectations
I have a 2015 F250 4x4 deleted and tuned with tyrant SOTF tunes. I am averaging about 15mpg, doesn't seem to matter which tune I use.
IDK if it matters but I have not removed the EGR yet, I just unplugged it.
I see lots of videos on youtube 250/350 and the instrument cluster shows 16.8 and I might have even seen some higher.

Your mileage is spot on. Double check your display with the pump too. After I deleted my display reads 1-1.5mpg less than actual. Before deleting it was 100% accurate.
My average is right at 15.0 mpg. It's common for me to get 14 mpg on a tank without towing, just average working miles. I can also get 19+ all highway.
