I had a productive day off yesterday. Tore the sled down and yup, gonna need a couple pistons. I found the fan belt was VERY loose. Likely the cause as the farthest cylinder was the seized one. Most likely i over heated it due to the fan not spinning enough to cool it. Now to see if its been honed out before ordering new pistons. Never tore a sled apart and not much to these things. kinda interesting how it all works.
Shed looks good Jay! The hard part is done at least and you can use it for winter storage.
