Mystery Wheels

Haven't posted in a long while. Just acquired a 99 E150 as a daily from the junkyard I work at. It has needed tires since I bought it (about 3 weeks ago) and a nice set of 235/75R15 Hankooks just came through. As I was walking through the yard, I spotted this 96(?) E150 conversion van with these wheels. I've never seen these anywhere. Does anyone know if they came on conversions from the factory or if they are aftermarket? They are 15x7

Nope. Very similar but they aren't those. Lincolns were 5x4.5. These are 5x5x5.5

Lincoln Town Car, Crown Vic and Grand Marquis wheels won't fit, the bolt pattern is different.

1965/67 E100 Super Vans, 1969/74 E200's, 1975/2014 E100/150's have 5 lug wheels on a 5.50" bolt circle.

The last year Lincoln, Ford and Merc had 5 lug wheels on a 5.50" bolt circle was 1948.

Yep. Wasn't thinking about the hub size when I posted. If stock, could be Ford, Dodge, or Jeep. Any others use 5.5 that you know?

5 lug wheels on a 5.00" bolt circle: 1973/78 LTD/Grand Marquis; 1973/79 Lincoln Town Car & Continental Mark IV/V; 1973/76 Thunderbird; 1973/76 Torino & 1977/79 LTD II Police Cruisers.

LTD/Grand Marquis "downsized" in 1979, Town Car downsized in 1980.
