C5AZ-1130-A .. 'Outie' Hub Cap - 10 1/2" diameter ~ 1965/66 Custom/Galaxie.
Note: There was also a 9 1/2" version used on 1966 Falcon/Fairlane.

Actually those are hub caps on that Bumpside. Wheel covers extend all the way to the tire.
But I've always generically called them hub caps too...

P.S. I've always called them hubcaps also as they do cap the hubs.

Well thank´s ND and everybody for taking your time to respond to this matter.
Reason for asking is that am looking for an alternativ hub cap to put on my dent until I find a set of full wheel covers. Capomania is that a diagnose?
According to my Marty Report the full wheel covers were on from the factory.
(Sorry for bad gramar or spelling. I exersize my school english to the limit

No Bill, the report says full wheel covers and black wall tires. The hub caps on my truck were taken from a -64 Fairlane.
