I've been following this forum for a few years. The search function has served me well as any question I had has already been asked. I finished restoring my '65 and though I would share pics of the pinstriping I had done.

Pinstriping looks very retro and period correct. Good job. Paint job overall looks great!
This two tone style is called regular two tone - meaning just the top and back of the cab on the outside would be the secondary color (bumpers and grille aside).
For 1965 and 1966 the deluxe two tone (or tu-tone as sometimes written) was only available on the styleside pickups and then only with the body side trim mouldings. Boils down to 1965/66 F100/250 2WD and 1966 F100 4WD with styleside and body side moldings. Under deluxe we can also include 1964 F100/250 2WD styleside with body side trim moldings.
Going back further than that we have to consult the book of armaments.
Regular two tone was also available on the styleside with the body side trim mouldings. Here's a factory photo of an F250 painted that way.
Flaresides, 1965 F100/250 4x4 and F350, 1966 F250 4x4 and F350 could not be had with deluxe two tone paint jobs.
