My brother's '07 non-supercharged Harley Edition is acting odd and thought I'd throw this out to you all for suggestions. Normal acceleration is not a problem. Everything seems to work fine. Hard acceleration especially if there should be a downshift causes a major loss of power, no downshift happens, and a really loud clacking sound comes from the engine area. (It could be coming from the transmission and just travelling up into that area.) Other than under hard acceleration we really couldn't make it act up.
