The first place to start is to swap #3 COP with #2 and see if the problem moves. If it does replace the COP, if it stays on #3 replace the plug. This is the cheapest way to start the troubleshooting.

So I changed plugs and also the cop but seam to keep having issues also change cyat and it went out within a week

If changing the plug and COP doesn't solve the #3 misfire the next steps I would do is change the injector with another cylinder and do a compression test to see if cyl 3 is low. I would not mess with the cat until you have the misfire resolved.
