A Good Idle Speed?
I just ordered my aux. idle controller. I feel 1300 is pretty high to set the idle to keep away the dreaded wet stacking. Can any one elaborate as to what a good safe idle speed would be?

I would think that 1000-1100 would work well for you.

It is a matter of EGT. You should maintain an EGT of about 275*F. I have a hard time keeping it that high unless I go to 1500-1600rpm.
