I'm Wally Crow, I have a house near Mountain View and I used to run a restoration shop not far from the house called Vince's Vintage Vehicles. We closed the shop in Dec of '15, sold all our classic bikes and cars, and moved into our motor home the following May. We've since upgraded the old '89 P30 Chevy coach to a '00 Bounder on a Ford F53 chassis with a V-10.
Currently working in Arizona as a camp host. That ends in a couple of weeks and we're off for some travels. Probably staying west this year.
Ya'll have fun this winter, I'm staying where there won't be any snow or ice...gettin' too old for that crap.

Good luck with that, I think this chapter died a slow agonizing death a few years ago. 😢

 

Only recently found out about the AR Chapter. Great idea. I'm just young, dumb, and broke right now, but I'd love to see this up and going. Swap meet, general meetup, etc. would be fun to see.

Done sir! Have y'all considered a Facebook group for ones who have it? I'm in a bunch of Mustang Groups, for instance, and it is much easier to be active on those and plan meets or things for sale on the FB Marketplace?

 

You're not an official Arkansas Chapter member. I will have to check on the Facebook group thing. I'm not sure if the powers that be here would go for it or not because they probably want traffic coming here. I do have a group called "Southern Truck Enthusiasts" that I run, but it isn't affiliated in any way with this forum.

 

I just saw this post, what keeps me from being an official AR Chapter Member?
