If you want a good tire Brigestone Duravis is where its at with HT tires. Im running the Duravis R250 and this thing solid and wear like iron, theres reports on these tires going well over 90k but you are also going to have to pay big $$$$.
I have run BF Goodrich Commercial TAs on every truck I have owned because they were pavement queens. I always got 60k out of them and they ride excellent.
When i bought my truck it actually had C load range tires on it Can you guess what got replaced after the 1st flat 2 weeks later?
Tire weight ratings decrease with tire age, you may have to replace the Ds earlier than Es just to drive the truck's empty weight

Thanks John, I took a look at those and they are more aggressive than I really want, I have always run highway tread tires, the only off-roading I do is gravel driveways at campgrounds once in a while...…..I love my Firestone TransForce that I have now, just looking at other options/opinions......
The Hankook Dynapro ATMs are nowhere near aggressive they would be a good highway tire.
I lived in Colorado for 12 years and ran Hankook DynaPro ATMs (285/75R16) and they were great all-around tires. So much so, that I put the same ones back on and now I live in South Carolina and even after all the rain from Irma last year and Florence/Michael this year, I'm still absolutely thrilled with my choice.
From a simple safety standpoint, go with E rated tires. What's more expensive... 6 tires , or a life?
I've always run Firestone Destination AT's on my 99. 2nd set after divorcing the Goodyears. That was well over 120k miles ago and they still have half life on the set currently. Great Tires.
On the 2008, we have the Hankook Dyna AT3's, and I must say they are an impressive performance tire for all seasons and don't emit road noise. They seem to wear well and even in a foot of snow, 2 wheel driving it.
Price seems well worth the quality and they present themselves well.
My truck had passenger car tires on it (that’s not a typo) when I bought it. Made the truck ride like a damn Cadillac. But within 2 weeks, I got a flat tire on the passengers rear not towing anything. I shortly bought some Load range E tires afterwards. The ride is 100x rougher empty, but hauling a nice load it rides pretty good for a 20 year old 3/4 ton solid axle truck.
If you dont tow tow or haul a lot, I wouldn’t be that scared of load range D tires. But since you have a dually and tow a decent size camper, I’d stick with E’s.
Also just for reference, my load range E Toyo AT have a max psi of 65. But they are bigger than stock (305/70/16)

In my opinion these are one of the absolute best tires! They're quiet and glue to the road! They're the least aggressive tire I could find in the size I was looking for a couple years ago. I will defiantly be sticking with these if/when I get another truck. I liked my AT3s but once I went to the ATMs I realized that the AT3s had left a bit to be desired.
