sqeaky front leaf spring bushings???

Anybody else had this problem?? It's a 2000 with 70,000 on it. What's the fix?

I have a 99 4x4 SD that makes the same noise.
I haven't out a fix yet other than spraying WD40 there every couple of weeks.

Any input here would be a help.
