Upper Fuel Filter upgrade

Getting ready to change my oil and fuel and started searching for any upgrades. Ran across this H & S. Anyone using this or is it a wasted upgrade?

Looks purdy, but for that price I can buy 3 sets of Motorcraft fuel AND water separator filters which should last 90k miles (assuming 30k-mile intervals between filter changes).
