A tip on setting your timing
This may be common knowledge I don't know but I thought of it when I was doing my timing and thought I would share. Obviously the timing marks are not easy to read especially when they have some gunk on them hard enough when they are clean. If your damper is correct and/or you want to find out this will help. Clean your damper off and put a little paint (I used white) or some kind of liquid pigment on your finger and rub it over the timing numbers makes them very visible. This will help a lot when finding tdc or setting timing, good luck hope this helps

Well I would use the nail polish but well.......I cannot stand the freaking smell of it, go figure. I bet your wife gives you a look or two for using her nail poish. The paint marker is a good idea as well as the grease pen, later
