P CM help

have a weird idle issue I have been chasing for a LONG time now (have another thread about that). Anyway I pulled the P CM and the caps were leaking. Had them replaced but i don't think it did the trick.
what P CM do I need? The one in the truck is a remanufactured unit without any identifiers.
Also, can other P CM units work? If so what do I look for?

No way to tell what PCM without the Calibration number for your truck.
You post that and we might be able to look it up.
