I have not found any specific information (part numbers, etc) on how I can add a genuine leather steering wheel to my truck. I have a 2019 F250 Lariat with adaptive cruise, heated wheel, but without adaptive steering. The fake leather wheel is just "OK" and I'd really like a nicer looking, nicer feeling genuine leather wheel. There is tons of information out there about F150 wheel swaps, but much less information about F250/350 wheels. My questions are -
Do the higher F250/350 trims (platinum, limited) have a genuine leather wheel?
Or, can I use an F150 Limited wheel (I've read that the airbags are different and not compatible)?
Does anyone know of existing threads, or do you know of part numbers?
I apologize in advance if it feels this has been covered at length, but I have not found any information that specifically answers these questions.

A SD Platinum or Limited steering wheel with the same features/options as your steering wheel will bolt right in place without any problems regardless if you have adaptive steering or not because you`ll transfer the actual center trim with the buttons to the new steering wheel. Also, just like the steering wheel on the F150`s, the leather on the Platinum steering wheel is a better quality of leather and it`s also smoother.
You should take a trip to a Ford dealer that has a Platinum or Limited SD so you`ll see and feel the difference.
You should give Fairway Ford in Ohio a call....they`ll get you squared away.
If you're feeling randy, the raptor wheel is the best feeling wheel I've ever felt (in a car that cost less than $250K at least).
As long as you don't have adaptive steering, pretty much any F150/F250 wheel will be a direct bolt on. You retain your current airbag, its just a direct swap.
The Raptor wheel is certainly nice, but I don't prefer the perforated leather. I like the smoother genuine leather. It does tell me, however, that an F150 wheel should work in an F250. Again, I'll check out some trucks on the lot and contact Fairway Ford with questions.
