Aftermarket Dash?

I'm sure you can get a shop to make a custom dash but I don't know of anybody has a dash as a regularly offered item. Most just modify the OEM dash to fit whatever new gadget/function they want to install.
The only modified pieces that I know of are for gauges (Autometer makes gauge pods for the pillar, overhead, instrument cluster bezel, and steering column) and the F-650 lower dash for the auto and manual transmission. All of these can be found on RIFFRAFF FORD DIESEL PERFORMANCE PARTS

By dash I meant an upgrade over the stock instrument cluster. I have modern LED pillar gauges installed and I have a custom console with an Andriod tablet and Torque Pro monitoring other things. I tried to use LED bulbs to brighten up the OEM cluster, but that failed miserably. Do not simply try to change the bulbs with LEDs -- it makes it worse. It is very difficult to see 55 mph on the dash now.
I do have onboard wifi in my 99 and a custom app I built to control electronics with a mobile device:https://sway.office.com/iNOEeoQJLS5BzuHM
I've seen dash instrument upgrades for Jeeps and Hummers. Given the number of our trucks produced, I was hoping that someone already made one. I have some tech skills, but I don't have the budget or time to reverse engineer the instrument cluster.
