I couldn't say if they were the same, heard that they were, but I just installed the Dennis Carpenter mat and will tell you that the pre cut holes didn't line up exactly but we're close enough that if you take your time the adjustments will be barely noticeable. The quality is good and looks great! Good luck.
I agree with Casper - I just installed the Carpenter one a week ago. The quality is good but the holes will require some trimming.
I had to cut a hole for the shifter and trans parking brake handle - that whole area is available for whatever set-up you have.
It's a good heavy mat, that seems to be easy to clean.

I have the Dennis Carpenter as well. It's really nice. Heavy material, looks great, fits well. I had to cut a hole for the shifter in the floor, but that's the biggest mod, not too much else except a little extra around the pedals.
Do you guys put anything under the mat or is it laying directly on the metal floor? I didn't put anything underneath but I thinking maybe I should have.

Yes, I just put regular carpet padding, didn't even bother sticking it to the metal with anything, the rubber is heavy enough that it doesn't move. It's super cheap at home depot or lowes and really quiets down the ride.

I looked at the carpet padding at Home Depot but it was thicker than I had hoped it would be. I've been trying to find padding like some I have left over from re-upholstering the front seat. It's about 3/8th inches thick so it won't be as bulky under the rubber mat. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to locate any of it locally.
Ok I got my rubber floor mat from Midwest early ford....they where at Carlisle..... it's the same exact I got from carpenter last year......an exact fit in my 51 after the old carpet was removed...... just some trimming around the holes but I'm happy with it.... and definitely looks better than my 20 year old ripping carpet.....
No this was for my 51 f-1....... it had carpet in it about 20 years old...time to go.....I did put a mat in my f-4 when I redid. It ...they both look great now....
