10k Winch options

What have people done for 10,000# winches on these trucks? I know there are full bumper replacements like Fab Four but what else? I’d like to mount one for the odd time it’d be nice to have on the farm but not sure I’ll be getting a bumper replacement right away. Hoping there’s some way to mount it in a stealth type appearance.

I've been looking at this as well, and it doesn't seem possible to mount a winch behind a stock bumper without buying a kit that moves the bumper out about 6," which personally, I don't like. I certainly hope I'm wrong, but at this point, that all I've found. And on top of that, I have a plow, so I think that's another nail in my coffin as well :-(

How about a front 2" receiver and then use a removable winch? This option would also let you use the winch on the rear receiver if needed.

I just mounted a receiver on the front of my truck. It is rated at 9000lbs for pulling and 500lbs tongue weight. Could put the winch on the front or back of truck. Could also use it on the trailer or UTV.

10k lbs is not enough to pull a truck of this weight out of the mud...

If you used a "****** block" you would have a little less 20K of pull.

Yep...but they are not always possible to use, and take longer to set up.

I am aware, but I also don’t plan on mud bogging a CCLB haha I got my toys for that stuff. This is more or less for the odd time it would be useful around site/farm and pulling people out of ditches which I end up doing quite often in our winters.

Got a picture/link to kit? Never thought about going this route, could be ideal if there was a nice way to store the winch somewhere.

I’m bummed about this as well. Haven’t found any solutions.

I had it on previous F150 and Raptor. Love the hidden winches.
