Thoughts on my 351w upgrades

I’m now on my 3rd warranty replacement from Jasper, won’t go into that odyssey. I’m at the end of my 3 year warranty so I’ve decided to have my shop do some improvements to this new motor. It’s a totally stock 351w EFI Speed Density motor, truck is completely stock down to the hubcaps and ford cassette stereo. We’re almost done with everything, should be starting it up on Monday. Wanted to get thoughts on what I’m doing, I spent a lot of time trying to find all these very specific parts that would work with this particular motor in terms of EFI, Speed Density (not MAF), tappet not rockers and all the emissions stuff.
Truck:

Edelbrock EFI Intake Manifold and Plenum 3881
BBK 56mm Throttle Body 3501
Jet Ford Computer Module 89308
Hedman Headers (Shorty direct fit w/AIR system) 89421
New water pump and other various pieces. Using existing MSD coil, distributor etc.
