Cab weather stripping

Anyone have any input on replacing all of the cab weather stripping? Mine is getting pretty bad, the seal where the window rides is tore up and let’s a lot of road noise in. The door jam weather stripping is dry rotted and tore up. The main thing I’m wondering is where to get quality stuff. I found bronco graveyard sells a complete cab seal kit for 80-86 trucks for like 150 bucks. Seems like a good deal. Any one have any experience with bronco graveyard parts? I’d rather not deal with LMC, had bad luck over the years. Only other thing I can think of is trying to find some OEM motor craft stuff. But haven’t had any luck. And input is appreciated

I did this job on my '86 pickup a few months ago. I bought the kit from Rockuato.com and haven't had any issues with it. I have purchased an item or two from Bronco Graveyard and haven't any issues. I did not buy any weatherstripping from them. Good luck.

To follow up on the original post. I wound up using the kit from bronco graveyard and I was very impressed. No fitment issues at all, and seemed like quality parts. To anyone needing to reseal their cab, I would recommend the kit from bronco graveyard

Motorcraft division of FoMoCo did not supply weatherstrips. All are probably obsolete, so would only be available NOS

Most of the repro parts sellers weatherstrips are made in China. Before buying, ask Bronco Graveyard where theirs are made.

A few of the repro parts sellers buy the weatherstrips from Dennis Carpenter (made in the USA), then sell 'em to you.

I think Bill our parts man is onto something good. If that doesn't work maybe try this

https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...rstrip+kit,795
Doesn't say where it's made but usually if it's USA it says USA.
Recently I was going to buy the same Fairchild brand kit from rockauto for my 81 ... But in light of other more pressing issues I am putting this project off for next year. Please let us know what you end up with and how it works.
