Ordered truck
i ordered one 2 Monday’s ago. Tuesday they sent me a text saying ford pulled the order. Today I get a text and got a vin with build week of October 15 week. What does this mean. I never ordered one before.

Sounds like everything is on track. If all goes well you’ll have the truck within a few weeks after it’s built. It’s gotta take a train ride from the plant in KY down to Memphis and then wait for a truck to bring it to your dealer. Mine only took a couple weeks to make the trip to Ft. Smith. What part of AR are you in?

That shouldn’t be bad at all. The UP railyard for autos is actually on our side of the river just outside West Memphis. If your dealer is nice they’ll just go get it for you instead of waiting on a truck. Mine only sat at the railyard for 2 or 3 days before it got hauled over here though. It sat at the KY railyard for about a week though. If it’s a 250 you might be able to track it’s progress with COTUS but I don’t think 350’s show up in there. You can try your VIN in the truckers site. I was able to see when mine was delivered to the spray-in bedliner place and then on to the railyard. Lost it while it was on the train but then picked it up again when it got to Memphis and on the truck to head west.

I ordered a lariat 6 seater srw and now I want a dually. Lol. Why idk. Dnt pull all the time. Heck my 16 sits in garage a lot. But dang a lifted dually looks good.

Production date says 10/19. 7 days in production I suppose. It's released awaiting shipping and the transit says 30 days w a delivery of nov 23. Dang that's a long time for a short journey. Ford dealer shows move 14th. Which do u think?

Should be a date in lower right hand side. Kinda like a born on date. 7-10 days after this it should be out the door waiting to go onto a train. Maybe 2 weeks train time. The killer is getting it from train delivery yard to dealership on a hauler.
