changing speakers

I recently bought 4 new pioneer 240w speakers for my 1997 ford ranger. I put in the back two, but I'm having a little trouble putting in the two in the doors. I got the door panel mostly off except for the window roller upper. How does this come off? I can't pull the panel completely off until I get the window roller upper (or downer....not sure what to call it, lol) off. How is this done? Help would be greatly appreciated.

i've taken off a few. on the window crank handel it has a cover over it. hard to tell, but pry it off closer to door panel.
i think it hides a torks 15 or 20. it's kind of deeper inside so what i do is use vise grip on very end of bit, unless of couse you have longer. just one other screw you should see.
the door panel lifts up because of hooks don't try to pull straight out like gm. also i think spk pos is clip side if ya know what i mean.
sometimes both doors will have same color wires, cheaper for fact i guess.
good luck!
