Electrical Issues?

Electrical Issues?
Just curious if anyone else has had any electrical issues like I've been experiencing.
I've had a few times where certain windows wouldn't go up or down until I shut off and restarted my truck.
I've also noticed that my headlights will flicker when I hit my brakes. Is that common with the F150?
One more thing is that occasionally, I've had my radio flash off and then back on when I hit a large bump, disconnecting the bluetooth and/or USB.
Oh, and one more... last week while at a stop light a big red battery flashed on and dinged and then went off immediately. No sign of any issues.
Are any of these issues common? I'm hoping they don't grow into a larger problem. Is there an obvious place I should have my shop look, or just let it go for now?
