The outside door handles and push buttons are 1973/79 F500/880 only. The 1973/79 F100/350 & 1978/79 Bronco outside door handles/buttons are the same as 1973/78 LTD.
You will have to determine what has broken. The parts are obsolete, but are available NOS .. see pic...

74 model with lift handles.
I'm sure the doors could have been changed, the ones on the 75 model I drove may not have been originals, it was a used truck when I drove it in the mid 80's.
Just wondering if some of them could have came down the line with pickup doors on them.

I've always thought the lift type door handle was really awkward on any truck other than a 2WD F100 (but I'm kinda short). I wish Ford would have put the push button type on the 4X4 highboys.
