I get this check engine light on in my 01 f350 7.3 and the truck will idle for about 15 min an cuts off. But if you drive it down the road it seems ok then there is this almost surge in more power like you hit it with a shot of starting fluid and the check engine light goes out. Then when you come to a stop the motor surges at idle speed. These are the Codes bellow I get. I’ve pulled the gem and found light corrosion cleaned it and looked for any tell tale signs of it being burned up but saw none. I even pulled out the ECM and didn’t see any tell tale stuff there. But when it rains heavy the headlights would come on, or the horn would blow sometimes the wipers would come on with the truck sitting there with no key in it. I’d have to pull the 3 30 amp maxi fuses under the hood to kill all power to the truck so it wouldn’t kill the batteries.
