Unhooking the negative battery cable or pulling the ECM fuse for 20 minutes will completely clear the memory.
What this means: You lose the CEL and the associated codes (unless they appear again), but you'll need to let your truck re-learn everything. The only different thing you should do when you start it next is let it idle for a full minute to re-learn it's idle.
