I've got a 2000 F250 PSD that supposedly has the towing package, but is missing some key parts. The one I'm having trouble with right now is the pigtail for the electronic brake controller under the dash. First, there wasn't one, so I went to the dealer and bought one for $10. It didn't come with instructions, and the guys there didn't seem to know - where the hell does it go? I've found a few loose wires under there, but I've read that they're just prewired auxillary wires so you don't have to go poking stuff through the firewall. I can't find anything under there that indicates that it hooks up with the wiring going back to the hitch or anything else. Any ideas?
