Number Dummy - What are these parts, where can I get them

ND, I know you will know what these are and where to get them if possible.
In the pic below, circled in blue:
13A821 & 13A822 They look to be part of what makes the contact for the horn from the horn ring to the steering wheel? I don't have that part and surprise, surprise my horn doesn't work.
3682 Some kind of insulator, washer or gasket for the steering column mount to the dash? What's the STAR symbol mean in front of the part number? Don't see that noted in the legend.
Thanks.

3682 is made from cardboard. Not corrugated cardboard, but more like what you might find on the back of a tablet of paper.

13A821 is here.

Thanks Chad(aka Number Dummy Jr.)
I'll make a couple 3682's from gasket material or thick dense rubber(old water ski binding overlay) I have.

That helped me realize that the insulator 13A822 is actually there pressed into the steering wheel hub.

Is 13A821(horn ring contact & brush) the same as the one in the TS switch? Which I was surprised didn't come with my new TS switch.

Got any info on my post about which of the 2(one metal & one plastic) coned shaped pieces go above the upper bearing below the spring?

C2OZ-13A821-A .. Horn Brush & Insulator Kit / Obsolete/Reproduced

When purchased from Ford dealers, both parts came in the kit. The repro parts sellers usually only sell the brush.

All the repro parts sellers have this as it fits a gazillion cars/trucks.

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 49 = 800-543-4959. Make sure this is genuine Ford, not the repro.

Yes, C2OZ-13A821-A would take two for your application. And don't feel bad. The NOS switches didn't come with one either.

My truck had the nylon bearing at the lower end and the metal one at the upper end of the column.

Thanks Chad.
So I made myself a couple of the *3682 parts form gasket material.

Razor blade and a punch. Provides just enough to keep the column from contacting the bottom of the dash.
