2017 F250 problem

2017 F250 problem
So I have a 2017 F250 King Ranch, 43,500 miles on it. I’ve had this problem where after I put it in drive, I.T shoots backwards hard about a foot then starts to go forward. What could cause this? I’ve never had/heard of this problem? Thank you all!

I don't believe we are dealing with linkages and cables any more.....
Wires, switches, and solenoids send commands to the drivetrain much faster.
X2 on keeping your foot on the brake pedal when shifting.

Hahahaha yes my foot was still on the brake pedal when I shifted
