No lights!

i have a 1996 f150 long bed 5.0l no lights on dash no turn signals and no power to the radio

fuses been checked? wiring harness been messed with? If it is blown fuses, find out why they blew. wiring harness? repair it. https://www.google.com/search?q=1996...ih=877#imgrc=_
