2011 5.0 Transmission Replacement

Hey guys, have been on this site alot as a reader over the years. I am attempting to DIY replace my Transmission with a low mileage used one. I havent found much for this generation of truck with the 6R80. I do have a couple of walk thru's from the mustang forums. Does anyone one have experience pulling one of these out? and does anyone have the details for what is required Computer wise to sync the new transmission serial number. This a 4x4 btw.
