Several HEGO Codes... New Sensor installed

Several HEGO Codes... New Sensor installed
So, I'm getting codes 171, 172, 173, and 181... AND I replaced the sensor a month ago. CE light is intermittent as well.
Could these be related to a faulty throttle position sensor, or straight up VAC leak? I'm going to test TPS voltage this weekend to make sure I'm getting good resolution and proper voltages.
Thoughts?
