Dual Bluetooth audio is a 'new' feature in Samsung phones that allows the phone to connect to multiple sources. the Nuvi is a BT enabled GPS. You were probably just in range of one. As for the dual aspect, maybe you got a software upgrade when they fixed your phone? Just guesses.
Dual is a cheap electronics manufacturer...usually head units or BT speakers, etc. you'd find at WallyWorld or Amazon. You were probably just parked near one.
