2001 7.3L weirdo

I replaced #5 injector on Friday and on Saturday we were headed back home (about 150 mile round trip) running in traffic at 68 MPH on cruise when I noticed a decrease in speed. When I stepped on accelerator pedal there was nothing...engine died. Got over on the side of I10 (super scary) but would not restart. I didn't have the proper tools to diagnose there so it was towed home. The next day I hooked the scanner up and noticed ICP read 100 psi but it had been off now for 12 hrs so I replaced the sensor but still nothing although the pressure reading was more accurate (30 psi while cranking). I noticed the oil reservoir was empty so i filled it but still nothing. I'm thinking the HPOP has taken a dump but just want to be sure. Any suggestions?

I entered a quite lengthy post for you the day you posted. For whatever reason it's not here... technology. Anyway to make it short. If your oil reservoir is empty on top of the engine then you have a low pressure issue. Backed out oil galley plug in timing cover or failed low pressure oil pump would be my guess. Check low pressure and go from there
