This site will either gets you the part you’re looking for or will tell you what is compatible... if you click on your PCM third from bottom, it will take you to an
order form.
If you look in the top right-hand corner of the order form screen, it will show you a spot where you can click for all interchangeable choices . If you can’t fix yours it’ll give you other options...

A buddy's F550 needed a replacement 7.3l engine a little while back.

Not sure which pcm he used, original or donor. Is a zf6 pcm the same as an automatic? Which do you need?

I think the donor came from 01 or 02...

It wasn't 'my' project, lol

Why is it so expensive? Is it a "rare" PCM or something?

On the plus side they exist and hey, that’s less then these guys want for their Golden Brick.

Rare ? Unknown how many CA model 7.3 were produced but that would be the market size.

As far as I know CA excursions had 1 main diffrence from the rest and that is they have a Glow Plug Module Relay and not just the relay. ( I think the 2001 F250 also has a Glow Plug Module Relay )
