May be an odd one here, but I am looking to swap a sun visor from my ‘03 Excursion to my ‘03 Expedition. I want the garage door opener that is on my Excursion visor (I lost the actual garage door opener which would be the no brainer here)
Anyways I pulled the visors and they have different mounting holes so I was looking to swap the actual mounts. I can’t figure out if I can remove the visor arm from the mount or not and I don’t want to break stuff.
Here is a pic of where it mounts, but not sure if that’s able to be loosened some how?
I'd just get Homelink equipped visor off ebay in the correct color for your Expy. They're all over ebay. Or do they not sell your brand of garage door opener at Home Depot ?

I looked on the bay but those homelink
visors are pricy, I have the excursion sitting in the driveway with an engine issue so was just gonna use that. And my garage door opener is about 40 years old lol, I can get a replacement remote I’m sure but was just trying to recycle for the time being.
