Not the power steering pump

This morning I had the chance to check where the leak was located. First I checked all of the power steering hoses and the pump as well. I followed the leak and it began on the cross member near the oil pan. It turns out to be the fuel line. It is the on the right. The hoses seem to need a special tool to remove it. I have not found any supplier that carries these hoses. Where can I buy the tool?

I got mine at oreilley's. They're fairly readily available.

What part of the hose is it leaking from? I have a couple I pulled off a parts truck.

I crawled under the truck yesterday to see which line is leaking. The metal line on the cross member close to the oil pan (right line) is leaking. It seems like there is a special tool needed to disconnect the line. This a steel line and I don't know where it goes. I took a picture but don't remember how to post them.
