2019 Ranger pricing
New guy and Tacoma owner here. I'm starting to look for a new truck and thought I'd add the New Ranger to my list. Disappointed that there isn't a manual transmission option and an aluminum body. For the prices I'm seeing it seems I could have an F150, which I've also started researching now that I may end up with an automatic.
Automatics offered today by all car builders give you far more control over your vehicle than ever before. You can get into several different modes of driving just by the push of a button and lastly, if you tow a lot, you have tow haul / mode and manual mode. While I agree that there is a certain attraction to sliding a lever through the gears, I've gotten over it it pretty quickly with my amazingly reliable and fun to drive F-150 ecoboost.
