MAJOR problem with 04 PSD!!!
I don't know what to do! I have a major problem with my new 04 PSD and wondered if anyone else has the same issue.
I contacted the dealer and they said they were aware that customers were having this problem but they do not have a fix for it...so basically it's my problem.
I contacted Ford Motor Co. and they had no idea what to do! Imagine that, you pay 40K for a truck that you can't drive and Ford Motor Co. has no idea what to do!!! They said it is not a warranty issue so I'm on my own! ARRRRGH!!!
Oh, yeah...forgot to mention the problem...I can't keep my wife out of the driver's seat

Actually, I bought this truck for my wife.
She said "I want an 04 F250 4X2 Crew Cab Short Bed Charcoal Gray Powerstroke Diesel with a Five Speed Torqueshift Automatic Transmission".
I said "Can you be more a little more specific"
She says "and I want 6-way Power Seats Fog Lights Keyless Entry CD and Chrome Running Boards"
Is that all??? She says "oh yeah...and I want it now
It's amazing how a beautiful, mild-mannered housewife can turn into Arnold Shwarzenegger when she gets behind the wheel of one of these! She'll probably will start smokin' cigars, belching, and wearing wife-beater T-shirts...every sentence she says now ends with "AAHL BE BACK".
So if you see a Gray F250 with a stuffed Koala bear sitting in the back window and Arnold...er, uh...my wife behind the wheel...stay out of her way!!!

O.K., O.K. Maybe I influenced her a tiny bit in needing an F250...and I might have suggested that the Powerstroke Diesel would be good for pulling our trailer...and I possibly may have convinced her that charcoal gray would go great with her hair
