So each and every one of these trucks have the hole, mine are all threaded, for a shoulder belt attachment.
Does anyone have a source for shoulder belts? I looked on Mac's and Dennis Carpenter's sites.
But no.
I'd like to find a setup like was in my '67 XR-7 that had shoulder belts that could be detached from the seat belt.
ND?
I just finished installing a set from Juliano’s . If your tank is still in the cab and you have to have the seat all the way back you will have to experiment with setting the retractor for door clearance. The thread is 3/8” 16 in the upper cab and use some washers to allow the upper belt anchor to swivel for more comfort. I was able to get the buckels with FORD stamped in them. $125.00
Thanks for the info.
Which set did you get? I tried looking at their "direct fit" stuff for Fords and the site returned nothing but blank space topped by a header and ended by the usual footer.

call them @ 800 300 1932. They should be able to help you.
If the hole is in the body and there is no back up plate the kit from Juliano’s comes with plates that will do the job, you just have to push it up to the hole. If you remove the head liner then a piece of wire will pull the plate into position.

Here's what I did at the shoulder attachment point to allow swivel. Grade 8 bolt, brass spacer and a washer, all sourced in the Hillman fastener section of the local hardware store.
