Doing the rear axle this weekend. Got it all apart this evening after working on a couple other cars today. Tomorrow the new stuff goes in!
And I got a new bezel off Ebay for the dash after my big gorilla hands smashed the original one while installing the new head unit. The bezel was an odd grayish brown which didn't match at all but no big deal, got some black dye and made it black just like the original. Had to do a little blue trim to match the exterior though since I had it all apart.
What diff cover are you going with? with the 5.13`s (I think that's what you said) you will want a good finned cover. you can get an OEM Ford cover for around $50. definitely worth it. I`m running one on mine and it looks good. can`t say it cools because I don't monitor the diff, but they come on the newer SD`s for increased towing weight.
