Hey Latroca,
Welcome over there. Hopefully you aren't anywhere near the fires going on
around LA. My aunt's got demolished during the debris flow up in Montecito
earlier this year.

Let us know what you find out when you check your rack install.

Should be the same turning for either side, center the steering wheel so that you can turn the wheel the same amount of revolutions each way and see if your front wheels are straight. If not the outer tie rods need to be adjusted.
Only thing I have noticed is the turning radius is less with the jag IFS so U turns take more room,

Have fun.
ok here’s what I found I put a zip tie center top of steering wheel,
turned wheel to the right got just a little over 1 1/2 turn turned wheel to the left an got just got a little over 1 full turn
whats the fix extending the left tie rod?

turn the wheel all the way in one direction, turn it back 1 1/4 and then install your steering wheel so it is straight. Adjust the wheel as needed so you have the same amount of turns in both directions from the straight steering wheel. Then get the tie rods set so the wheels are straight. Tie rods adjust by loosening the jam nut and rotating the steering rack rod that threads into the tie rod.

No offense but I hope this is just for mockup and you are not mounting the IFS to a piece of flat plate like that... With the fabrication needed to make those mounts correctly I would of just welded the IFS cradle to the frame.

another plate will be welded on the back side and bolted to the bottom of the frame but still plan on making a bracket to bolt on both sides of the jag
than plan on welding another piece of metal to that a gusit if that’s correct way to spell it.
i welcome any ideas on a bracket on my project that’s why I came over here in the first place since not many bolt ins on the Chevy side . Don’t want to weld ifs to the frame easier yes get it lower yes .

Much easier to get it lower with it welded, not sure if that is what you meant? I think if this were my build I would use heavy wall box steel to go straight down from the frame rail to the front mounts and then triangulated it to the bottom of the frame rail. The IFS will want to twist right out of the truck if it is not securely mounted. So far I have welded in my jag IFS units to add strength to the frames, they work great, maybe someday I will try a soft mount, but the ride is so good with the welded units I do not know if there is a big advantage.

I don't know of any premade mounts. I think most of us have made their own. I coppied designs that other's here on FTE have done.
