summer projects

hey guys im back after all of my summer projects on my 78, i ended up installing a new brake booster and master cylinder, new glow-shift 7 color series tachometer, and a front sway bar from an 86 f150. when i had my dash apart i put in a new speedometer from a different ford, mine was 0-80 and this one is 0-100 i reset the odometer to my mileage but im wondering if the gauge will be accurate. or if anyone has done this. Any thoughts would be appreciated. and i will put pictures on later next week. the sway bar was a great success by the way so i highly recommend one to other f100 owners.

If you're trying to figure out if you're speedometer is accurate the best way is just take a smartphone, download a speedometer app, turn on location services (GPS) and see what is says while driving a steady speed.

The GPS is accurate to withing a few percent of a mph I think, and the GPS service is free to use on all devices.
